mirch(kati hui), adrak-lahasun pest, til, neembu ras, haldi, heeng, garam
masala, beking soda, cheeni, namak, tel.

Tel ko chhodkar baaki sabhi samagri ko ek katore me mix kare.
Isme paryapt paani dalen, taki iska gada ghol tyaar ho sake. Mishran me ganthen
n paden, isliye lagatar chalaye. Ek bartan ya thali me chiknai lagaye. Isme
gada fhol dale. Ise steamer me 30 minute tak pakaye. Ek bade bartan me pani
garm karke, beecho-beech stand rakhkar uske upar rakhakar bhi paka sakte hai.
Paka ya nhi, yah dekhne ke liye chaku dale, agar vah saf nikalta hai, to
samajhiye tyaar hai. Kothimbeer ko utarkar thanda hone ke liye chhod de. Thanda
hone ke baad iske tukde kat le. Ek alag pan ya kadahi me tel garm kren. Isme
kothimbeer ke tukado ko krispi or sunhara hone tak bhoone. Aapki dish tyaar
hai.
