Sabse Pahle Paalak, Mirch, Adrak aur Hare Dhaniye ko Miksi me Pees kar Pest Bana le. Ab Aate me Namak Milakar Chhane. Isme Paalak Pest aur Paani Milakar Thoda-sa Kada Aata gonth le.Iske Baad Gonthe Aate ki Loiya Banakar Pooriyan Bele or Garam tel me kurkuri tal le. Tyaar Kurkuri or Laziz Paalak Poori ko Hari Chatni, Nemboo ka Achaar, ya Garma-Garma Kadi ke saath Serve kare.
