Gobhi Paratha Recipe


Gobhi Paranthe Recipe

Gobhi ke paranthe subah ke nashte ke liye good option hote hai, agar subah kur-kure paranthe mil jaaye to maja aa jayega aur ye sardiyo me jyada banaye jaate jai. Parantho ko ham rayta, achar ya chatni ke saath kha sakte hai.

 Samagri:-

Gobhi ½ kilogram
Jeera bhun kar pisa hua
Hari mirch – 2-3
Aata - 2 badi bowl
Dhaniya Powder – 1 Table spoon
Lal Mirch – 1 tea spoon
Namak  - swadanusar
Garam masala ek tea spoon
Hara Dhaniya – ½ chhoti bowl
Oil ya ghee

Bidhi:-

1. Gobhi  ko Achhi tarah se dho lijiye, uske baad gobhi ko kaddukas kar lijiye aur hari mirch, Hare Dhaniye ko Baarik kat le. Gobhi me pisa hua jeera, Dhaniya powder, garam masala, lal mirch powder daal kr achhi tarah se mila lijiye. Uske baad gobhi me se paani nikal kar kadahi me mooli ka masala daal kar gas ko 5 minute k liye chalaye, taki paani nikal jaye.

2. Aate me namak swadanusar dale fir aate ko achhi tarah se gunth le.

3. Fir aate ki loi banaye aur usko roti ki tarah bel le, usme gobhi ka masala daal dijiye aur usko charo taraf se mila dijiye, aata lagakar fir se bel dijiye. Uske baad tave par daal kar dono taraf se sek le parathe par tel ya ghee lagakar sek lijiye. Paratha banakar tyaar hai
