Pudeene ki Hari Chatni


India ke har prant me pasand ki janne ki waali dish jise har tyohar par pakode aadi ke sath khayi jaa sakti hai.

Samgri:-

1. Do pyaale fresh pudeene ke saaf dhokar        aur baarik kate hue patte
2.  Ek pyaala hare Dhaniye ke patte, Baarik        kate hue.
3.  Do-teen Hari Mirch Baarik Kati Hui
4. Do spoon neembo ya imali ka rash
5. ¼ spoon jeera
6. Ek spoon Shakkar
7. Namak Swadanusar

Banane ki Vidhi:-


Sabhi Samgri ko ek sath milakar mixer me mahin pees le.
Turant Parose ya Hawaband dibbe me Band kar ke freeze me rakhe
Bade Bhojan ya Chote namkin ke sath mazedar aur chaat ke sath swadisht hoti hai.

Aloo Parantha Recipe
Aloo ke paranthe nashte ke liye achhe hai aur sardiyon me jyada swadist lagte hai. Agar chhutti bale din parathe mil jaye to maza aa jaata hai. Parathe ko ham rayata ya chatani ke sath kha sakte hai.

Samagri:-
  ·      Aloo ½ kilo
  ·      Jeera  bhuna hua
  ·      Hari mirch – 2-3
  ·      Aata – 2 badi katori
  ·      Dhaniya powder – 1 tea spoon
  ·      Laal mirch – 1 tea spoon
  ·      Namak – Swadanusar
  ·      Garam masala – 1 spoon
  ·      Hara dhaniya – ½ chhoti katori
Bidhi:-
   1.  Aloo ko achhi tarah se dho lijiye, fir cooker me ubal lijiye, thanda hone ke baad aloo ko chhil lijiye.
   2.  Uske baad aloo ko kaddukas kar lijiye  aur hari mirch ko barik kar lijiye. Aloo me pisa hua jeera, hara dhaniya, dhaniya powder, garam masala, lal mirch powder daal kar achhi tarah se mila le.
   3.  Aate me namak swadanusar dale fir aate ko achhi tarah se gunth le.
   4.  Fir aate ki loi banaye aur usko roti ki tarah bel lijiye, usme aloo  ka masala daal dijiye aur usko charo taraf se mila dijiye, aata laga kr fir se bel lijiye, fir tave par dal kar dono taraf se sek lijiye, parathe par tel ya ghee laga kar sek lijiye. Paratha ban kar tyaar hai.

VEGETABLE PULAO BANAYE

Vegetable Pulaw


Chawal to sabhi pasand karte hai, lekin isme hari sabjiya daal kar pulaw bana de to iska swad aur Poushtikta barh jati hai. To Bananye hari hari sabjiyo ka hara-hara Pulaw. Is pulaw me ghee bhi bahut kam prayog karte hai kyonki bahut saare log kam ghee khana chaahte hai.

Maithe Paneer Pulao Recipe

Samagri:-

Basmati Chawal – 200gram ya 2 chhoti katori
Lemon – 1
Desi ghee ya refained tel – ek badi spoon ya aur bhi kam
Jeera- ek chhoti spoon
Long – 3-4 tukdo me tod le
Badi ilaichi – 1-2 chhil kar daane nikal le
Hari mirch – 1 (Baarik kati hui)
French beans – 50gram ya 15-16
Shimla mirch – 2 Baarik kati hui
Patta gobhi – 50 gram Baarik kata hua
Hari fresh matar – ek katori chhile hue
Hara dhaniya – ½ katori baarik kata hua
Namak swadanusar

Banane ki BiPulaw


Chawal ko achhi tarah dho ½ hour ke liye paani me bhigo de.
Yadi microwave me banana ho to
Microwave re rakhane wale bowl me bhige hue chawal de aur usme chawalo se dugna paani daal de, aur neebu ka ras aur namak mila de. AB chawal ko dhak kar microwave me 12 mintue tak pakaye. Chawal ko aap dekh kar jaan lenge ki chawal pak gaye hai. Mircowave se bahar nikal le  aur dakkan khol de.
Gas par kadahi rakhiye. Ghee daal kar garam kijiye, aur ab jeera daaliye, jeera brown hone ke baad long, ilaichi ke daane aur hari mirch daal dijiye, ek minute bhuniye aur ab sari hari sabji aur namak  daal de, 2-3 minute tak kalchhi se chala kar bhuneye ab 2-3 minute ke liye sabjiyo ko dhak de. Dhakkan hata kar dekhe ki sabjiya halki pak gayi to isme chawal ko milakar 2 minute tak kalchhi se chalate hue bhuniye. Pulaw tyaar hai.
Yadi gas par banana hai to
To cooker me ghee daalkar garam kijiye, ab jeera daal dijiye, jeera bhunane ke baad long aur ilaichi ke daane aur hari mirch daal kar 1 minute tak bhuniye. AB saari  sabjiya daalkar 2 minute tak bhuniye. Aur chawal se dugna paani daal kar namak aur neebo ka ras daal dijiye. Cooker band kar dijiye aur jaise hi cooker me pressure aa jaye gas band kar dijiye. 5 minute baad kholiye pulaw tyaar hai. Pulaw ko bowl a bade plate me nikal le. Hare dhaniye ke saath parosiye.
