Aloo Parantha Recipe
Aloo ke paranthe nashte ke liye achhe hai aur sardiyon me
jyada swadist lagte hai. Agar chhutti bale din parathe mil jaye to maza aa
jaata hai. Parathe ko ham rayata ya chatani ke sath kha sakte hai.
Samagri:-
· Aloo ½ kilo
· Jeera bhuna hua
· Hari mirch
– 2-3
· Aata – 2
badi katori
· Dhaniya
powder – 1 tea spoon
· Laal mirch
– 1 tea spoon
· Namak –
Swadanusar
· Garam
masala – 1 spoon
· Hara
dhaniya – ½ chhoti katori
Bidhi:-
1. Aloo ko
achhi tarah se dho lijiye, fir cooker me ubal lijiye, thanda hone ke baad aloo
ko chhil lijiye.
2. Uske baad
aloo ko kaddukas kar lijiye aur hari
mirch ko barik kar lijiye. Aloo me pisa hua jeera, hara dhaniya, dhaniya
powder, garam masala, lal mirch powder daal kar achhi tarah se mila le.
3. Aate me
namak swadanusar dale fir aate ko achhi tarah se gunth le.
4. Fir aate ki
loi banaye aur usko roti ki tarah bel lijiye, usme aloo ka masala daal dijiye aur usko charo taraf se
mila dijiye, aata laga kr fir se bel lijiye, fir tave par dal kar dono taraf se
sek lijiye, parathe par tel ya ghee laga kar sek lijiye. Paratha ban kar tyaar
hai.
