Maithi Paneer Pulao Recipe Kaise Banaye

Maithi Paneer Pulaaw


Pulaaw ko bhartiya byanjno me ek aniwary dish ke roop me use kiya jaata hai. Pulaaw ek swadisht aur banane me saral dish hai. Ise india me har koi khana aur banana chaahega  kyonki iska swad sabko apni or attract karta hai. Let’s ready for this dish.

 Samagri:-

1. Basmati chawal ¾ cup
2. Fresh maithi 1 ½ cup, Baarik kati
3. Paneer 150 gram/1 cup, in small piece
4. Pyaz 1 medium
5. Tamatar 1 medium
6. Adrak 1 inch ka tukda
7. Hari mirch 1-2
8. Jeera 2 tea spoon
9. Tej Patte 2
10. Sookhi khadi lal mirch 2
11. Garam masala 1 tea spoon
12. Namak 1  tea spoon
13. Shakkar ¼ tea spoon
14. Oil ya Ghee 3 Table spoon

Banane ki bidhi:-

Chawal ko ache se beenkar dho le, ab chawal lo 30 minute ke liye 1 ½ paani me bhigne de. Chawal  ko microwave me ya fir Bhagone me ubaal le. Dhyan rakhe ki Chawal ekdam khile hue ho aur yah chipkane na paye. Ab chawal lo thanda hone de.
       Maithi ke mote danthal hata de. Ab methi ki pattiyo ko Bahut ache se dho le. Iske Baad in pattiyo lo Baarik kat le.
Pyaz aur adrak lo chheelkar dho le ab pyaz aur adrak ko Baarik kat le. Hari mirch ka danthal hata kar ise dho le au ise bhi Baarik kat le. Tamatar ko dhokar Baarik kat le.
Ek Kadahi me medium aunch par 3 Table spoon oil/ghee garam kare. Ab isme jeera dale aur jeera ke rang Badlane par tej patta, aur sookhi lal mirch dale aur kuchh sec ke liye bhone. Ab isme kati pyaz dale aur 2-3 minute ke liye bhune.
       Ab Baarik kati hari mirch aur adrak dale aur lagbhag 30 second ke liye bhune. Ab tamatar dale aur tamatar ke ache se gal jaane tak bhune.

Masala Frying:-

Ab Baarik kati hui maithi Dale aur ise 2-3 minute ke liye bhune. Ab isme namak , garam masala  aur jara si shakkar dale au rise 1 aur minute liye  bhune.
Pyaz aur tamatar ke masale me maithi daalne ke baad uble Chawal ko kante ki madad se alag kar liziye.
Humko is  resipi ke liye Bilkul  khile hue chawal chahiye. Chawal ko maithi ke masalw me dale. Halke haath se ise milaye. Ab ise 2 minute ke liye pakaye.
Ab paneer ke Tukde dale aur sabhi samagri me ache se milaye. 2 minute ke liye pakaye. Ab aunch band kar de. Aur kadahi ka dakkan lagakar rakhe jisase masala ki khushbu chawal ke andar tak aa jaaye.
Swadisht maithi paneer pulaaw ab tyaar hai. Aap ise apni pasand raayte ke sath paros sakte ho. Mai swadisht pulaw ko boondi ke raayte ke saath serve karna pasand  karta hu.

Kuchh Nuskhe/ Sujhaw:-

1. Ap chahe paneer ko thoda bhun kar bhi daal sakte hai is pulaw mai.
2. Ap apne swad ke anusar kuchh aur sabjiyan jaise ki, hare matar ke daane, sweet korn, shimla mirch itc. Bhi daal sakte hai is pulaw me.
3. Is maithi paneer pulaw me ek chatki shakkar daalne se iska  swad bad jaata hai lekin fir bhi shakkar optional hai.

Thode se Sabut masale aur jeere ke flavor  se bane jeera chawal ya jeera pulaw asaani se ban jaane vala pulaw hai. Ise chahe to daal, Sabji ya kari ke sath ya sirf achar ke sath  parosiye. Ye har tarah se swadisht se lagte hai.
PAALAK KI BARFI BANANE KI BIDHI

Avashayk  samagri:-

Basmati chawal – 1 cup
Ghee ya Oil – 2-3 table spoon
Hara dhaniya – 2-3 table spoon, Baarik kata hua
Jeera – 1 chhoti spoon upar tak bhari hui
Neembu – 1
Sabut masale – 1 chhoti spoon (swadanusar)

How to make jeera rice

Chawal ko saaf kijiye aur dhokar ½ hour ke liye paani me bhigo dijiye. ½ hour baad chawal se extra paani nikal dijiye. Kadahi me ghee garm hone par jeera daalkar halka sa bhuniye (jeera kala nhi hona chahiye), Sabut masale, Daal cheeni, kali mirch, long aur ilaichi bhi daal dijiye.

HOW TO MAKE PAALAK KI BARFI

Paalak ki Barfi

Avashayak Samgri:-

Paalak                             500 gram
Shakkar                           300 gram
Mava                               150 gram
Milk made                      2 Table spoon
Khane wala Hara color      chutki bhar
Desi ghee                        2 Table spoon
Kate kaju, Pista, Badam, aur chandi work avashyaktanusar

Banane ki Bidhi:-

Paalak ki danthal nikaal de, Patto ko achhi tarah dhokar pees le. Kadahi me 1 spoon ghee garm kare isme paalak ke pest ko bhune. Dusre Bartan me ghee daalkar maave ko bhun le. Uske Baad maave me milk made dale. Bhuna paalak, hara color aur pisee shakkar mila de. Thoda aur Bhun kar kate meve mila de. Thali me chiknai lagakar mixture ko jama de. Upar se chandi work saja de. Thanda hone par manchahe akaar me kat le. Paalak ki barfi swadist hone ke sath-sath Poshtika se Bharpoor hoti hai.

Chawal to sabhi pasand karte hai, lekin isme hari sabjiya daal kar pulaw bana de to iska swad aur Poushtikta barh jati hai. To Bananye hari hari sabjiyo ka hara-hara Pulaw. Is pulaw me ghee bhi bahut kam prayog karte hai kyonki bahut saare log kam ghee khana chaahte hai.

Samagri:-

1. Basmati Chawal – 200gram ya 2 chhoti           katori
2. Lemon – 1
3. Desi ghee ya refained tel – ek badi spoon        ya aur bhi kam
4. Jeera- ek chhoti spoon
5. Long – 3-4 tukdo me tod le
6. Badi ilaichi – 1-2 chhil kar daane nikal le
7. Hari mirch – 1 (Baarik kati hui)
8. French beans – 50gram ya 15-16
9. Shimla mirch – 2 Baarik kati hui
10. Patta gobhi – 50 gram Baarik kata hua
11. Hari fresh matar – ek katori chhile hue
12. Hara dhaniya – ½ katori baarik kata hua
13. Namak swadanusar

Banane ki Bidhi:-

Chawal ko achhi tarah dho ½ hour ke liye paani me bhigo de.

Yadi microwave me banana ho to

Microwave re rakhane wale bowl me bhige hue chawal de aur usme chawalo se dugna paani daal de, aur neebu ka ras aur namak mila de. AB chawal ko dhak kar microwave me 12 mintue tak pakaye. Chawal ko aap dekh kar jaan lenge ki chawal pak gaye hai. Mircowave se bahar nikal le  aur dakkan khol de.
Gas par kadahi rakhiye. Ghee daal kar garam kijiye, aur ab jeera daaliye, jeera brown hone ke baad long, ilaichi ke daane aur hari mirch daal dijiye, ek minute bhuniye aur ab sari hari sabji aur namak  daal de, 2-3 minute tak kalchhi se chala kar bhuneye ab 2-3 minute ke liye sabjiyo ko dhak de. Dhakkan hata kar dekhe ki sabjiya halki pak gayi to isme chawal ko milakar 2 minute tak kalchhi se chalate hue bhuniye. Pulaw tyaar hai.

Yadi gas par banana hai to

To cooker me ghee daalkar garam kijiye, ab jeera daal dijiye, jeera bhunane ke baad long aur ilaichi ke daane aur hari mirch daal kar 1 minute tak bhuniye. AB saari  sabjiya daalkar 2 minute tak bhuniye. Aur chawal se dugna paani daal kar namak aur neebo ka ras daal dijiye. Cooker band kar dijiye aur jaise hi cooker me pressure aa jaye gas band kar dijiye. 5 minute baad kholiye pulaw tyaar hai. Pulaw ko bowl a bade plate me nikal le. Hare dhaniye ke saath parosiye.

1 bada neembu, ¼ table spoon haldi spoon, 5 hari mirch, ¼ inch ka tukda adrak, 1 table  spoon namak, 1 ½ cup chawal
Chhounk ke Liye
½ table spoon sarso, 1 table spoon chane ki daal, 1 chutki hing, 1 table spoon Oil

Banane ki Bidhi:-

Neembo ka ras nikal le is  ras me haldi powder aur namak bhi daal de.
Hari mirch aur adrak ko chhote tukdon mekat le.
Ek pan me Oil garam kare jab Oil garam jaye to isme chane ki daal aur heeng daalkar bhune. Jab chane ki daal bhun kar brown ho jaaye to isme neembu ka ras bhi daal de.
Chawal ko ubaal le isme neebo ka  mixture daal kar milakar garmagarm lemon rice serve kare.

Pyaz-Tamatar ki Chatni


Yah Uttar Bharat ki famous dish hai. Yah uttar bharat ke har ghar me use ki jaati hai iska karad iska laziz swad hai aur yah banane me bhi saral hai. Ameer ho ya Garib yah sabki pasand hai.

Samagri:-

1. Pyaz  – 1 (kata hua)
2. Tamatar – 1 (kata hua)
3. Raii – ½ Tea spoon
4. Kari Patta – 8-10
5. Lal Mirch – 1 spoon
6. Namak – Swadanusar

Banane ki Vidhi:-

Pan me oil garm kare aur ab kate pyaz aur tamatar ko daalkar 10-12  minute  tak pakaye.
    Fir ise Thanda kar ke mixer me pees le .
Pan me 1 spoon oil garm kare aur isme raii aur kari patte ka tadka lagaye.
Namak aur lal mirch powder mix kare Chatni tyaar hai Dose aur Bade ke sath serve kare.

250 gram gehu ka aata, ¼ Katori Besan, Ek gaddi fresh-fresh Paalak Bareek kata Hua, 2-3 Hari Mirch, 1 Chammach Sounf, Chutki Bhar Heeng, Ek Tukda Adrak (chhilka Nikla hua), Thoda Hara Dhaniya, Swadanusar Namak, Talne ke liye Tel.

Banane ki Bidhi:-

Sabse Pahle Paalak, Mirch, Adrak aur Hare Dhaniye ko Miksi me Pees kar Pest Bana le. Ab Aate me Namak Milakar Chhane. Isme Paalak Pest aur Paani Milakar Thoda-sa Kada Aata gonth le.
Iske Baad Gonthe Aate ki Loiya  Banakar Pooriyan Bele or Garam tel me kurkuri tal le. Tyaar Kurkuri or Laziz  Paalak Poori ko Hari Chatni, Nemboo ka Achaar, ya Garma-Garma Kadi ke saath Serve kare.

GAJAR KA RAYATA BANANE KA TARIKA

Gajar ka rayata india ki fevorite dish jise har koi khana chahega. Yah dish khane me jitani swadisht hoti hai utani hi banane me asaan bhi. Ise khane ke saath compulsory bhi kia jaa sakta hai.


Avashyak Samagri:-

500 gram Dahi, 2 Fresh Gazar, 3 Bade Spoon Shakkar, 2 Chhote Spoon Sendha Namak, 1 Spoon Adrak-Hari Mirch Ka Pest, ¼ Spoon Kali Mirch, 15-20 Kishmish, 2 Chhote Spoon Bhuna Hua Zeera, Hara Dhaniya.


Banane ki Bidhi:-

Gazar ko Chhilkar  Pees le. Dahi ko Achhi Tarah se math le. Isme Sendha Namak, Kali Mirch, Shakkar Daalkar Achchhi Tarah Milaye. Gazar ko Haath se Daba kar Nichod le aur Dahi me Mila de.
   Ab Isme Kishmish, Adrak or Hari Mirch ka Pest Milakar Hilaaye. Hare Dhaniye or Bhune hu Zeere se Saja kar Garma-Garma Aaloo ke Parathon ke saath Pesh kare.

Khasta Besani kachouri ki ek energy se bharpoor nashta ka achha option. India me yah kaafi famous or pasand ki jaane wali dish hai kyonki yah banane bahut simple hai or ise banane me jayada time bhi nhi lagta.
Ise nimn prakar se banaye.

Avshayak Shamagri:-
                    1 katori gehu ka aata, 1 katori maida, 2 spoon  moyan ka tel, salt, ajvayan.

Bharne ki Samagri:-
 1 katori besan, salt, red chilly, jeera, sounf, tilly, chaniya, garam masala, moyan ka tel.

Bidhi:-
Aate me sab samagri milakar poodi jaisa aata gonthkar thodi der k liye rakh de. Ab besan me sare masale dale or achha moyan dalkar goli ban jaye, esa gonth kar chhoti-chhoti goli bana le.
  Aate ki loi banakar poori belen, fir besan ki goli rakhkar hath se gol-gol dabate huye dachori bana le. Ek kadahi me tel garam karke dhimi anch par sari kachori tal le. Ab garma-garma kachori chatani ke saath pesh kare. Yah kachori char din k liye rakhne par bhi kharab nahi hoti. Chahe to ise chaat ki samagri bhi daalkar bhi kha sakte hai.
