Maithi Paneer Pulao Recipe Kaise Banaye

Maithi Paneer Pulaaw


Pulaaw ko bhartiya byanjno me ek aniwary dish ke roop me use kiya jaata hai. Pulaaw ek swadisht aur banane me saral dish hai. Ise india me har koi khana aur banana chaahega  kyonki iska swad sabko apni or attract karta hai. Let’s ready for this dish.

 Samagri:-

1. Basmati chawal ¾ cup
2. Fresh maithi 1 ½ cup, Baarik kati
3. Paneer 150 gram/1 cup, in small piece
4. Pyaz 1 medium
5. Tamatar 1 medium
6. Adrak 1 inch ka tukda
7. Hari mirch 1-2
8. Jeera 2 tea spoon
9. Tej Patte 2
10. Sookhi khadi lal mirch 2
11. Garam masala 1 tea spoon
12. Namak 1  tea spoon
13. Shakkar ¼ tea spoon
14. Oil ya Ghee 3 Table spoon
         Jeera rice recipe

Banane ki bidhi:-

Chawal ko ache se beenkar dho le, ab chawal lo 30 minute ke liye 1 ½ paani me bhigne de. Chawal  ko microwave me ya fir Bhagone me ubaal le. Dhyan rakhe ki Chawal ekdam khile hue ho aur yah chipkane na paye. Ab chawal lo thanda hone de.
       Maithi ke mote danthal hata de. Ab methi ki pattiyo ko Bahut ache se dho le. Iske Baad in pattiyo lo Baarik kat le.
Pyaz aur adrak lo chheelkar dho le ab pyaz aur adrak ko Baarik kat le. Hari mirch ka danthal hata kar ise dho le au ise bhi Baarik kat le. Tamatar ko dhokar Baarik kat le.
Ek Kadahi me medium aunch par 3 Table spoon oil/ghee garam kare. Ab isme jeera dale aur jeera ke rang Badlane par tej patta, aur sookhi lal mirch dale aur kuchh sec ke liye bhone. Ab isme kati pyaz dale aur 2-3 minute ke liye bhune.
       Ab Baarik kati hari mirch aur adrak dale aur lagbhag 30 second ke liye bhune. Ab tamatar dale aur tamatar ke ache se gal jaane tak bhune.

Masala Frying:-

Ab Baarik kati hui maithi Dale aur ise 2-3 minute ke liye bhune. Ab isme namak , garam masala  aur jara si shakkar dale au rise 1 aur minute liye  bhune.
Pyaz aur tamatar ke masale me maithi daalne ke baad uble Chawal ko kante ki madad se alag kar liziye.
Humko is  resipi ke liye Bilkul  khile hue chawal chahiye. Chawal ko maithi ke masalw me dale. Halke haath se ise milaye. Ab ise 2 minute ke liye pakaye.
Ab paneer ke Tukde dale aur sabhi samagri me ache se milaye. 2 minute ke liye pakaye. Ab aunch band kar de. Aur kadahi ka dakkan lagakar rakhe jisase masala ki khushbu chawal ke andar tak aa jaaye.
Swadisht maithi paneer pulaaw ab tyaar hai. Aap ise apni pasand raayte ke sath paros sakte ho. Mai swadisht pulaw ko boondi ke raayte ke saath serve karna pasand  karta hu.

Kuchh Nuskhe/ Sujhaw:-

1. Ap chahe paneer ko thoda bhun kar bhi daal sakte hai is pulaw mai.
2. Ap apne swad ke anusar kuchh aur sabjiyan jaise ki, hare matar ke daane, sweet korn, shimla mirch itc. Bhi daal sakte hai is pulaw me.
3. Is maithi paneer pulaw me ek chatki shakkar daalne se iska  swad bad jaata hai lekin fir bhi shakkar optional hai.
