Gajar ka Rayata
Gajar ka rayata india ki fevorite dish jise har koi khana chahega. Yah dish khane me jitani swadisht hoti hai utani hi banane me asaan bhi. Ise khane ke saath compulsory bhi kia jaa sakta hai.

500 gram Dahi, 2 Fresh Gazar, 3 Bade Spoon Shakkar, 2 Chhote Spoon Sendha Namak, 1 Spoon Adrak-Hari Mirch Ka Pest, ¼ Spoon Kali Mirch, 15-20 Kishmish, 2 Chhote Spoon Bhuna Hua Zeera, Hara Dhaniya.Banane ki Bidhi:-
Gazar ko Chhilkar Pees le. Dahi ko Achhi Tarah se math le. Isme Sendha Namak, Kali Mirch, Shakkar Daalkar Achchhi Tarah Milaye. Gazar ko Haath se Daba kar Nichod le aur Dahi me Mila de.Ab Isme Kishmish, Adrak or Hari Mirch ka Pest Milakar Hilaaye. Hare Dhaniye or Bhune hu Zeere se Saja kar Garma-Garma Aaloo ke Parathon ke saath Pesh kare.
